X House – Tetouan

Located on the Atlantic Ocean, . By splitting the house into four segments, each volume frames unique views of the ocean and surrounding hills as well as creating a sense of privacy for each family member. When viewed from the street, the house appears to be a modest single story volume with a sloping roof. Once inside, the volume of the house explodes towards the ocean, creating interior spaces with soaring ceilings and majestic views of the ocean beyond.
